What Reddit says

Easy WP SMTP

Only two Reddit threads clearly discuss Easy WP SMTP. One user has used its free version for years and a client chose the Pro upgrade for Microsoft 365, while a 2020 post reports a flaw that let attackers get password reset codes.

Mailster

Reddit users discussing Mailster raise concerns about the plugin since its acquisition, including a lifetime license holder who says it has changed and that third-party templates are being abandoned. Others call it highly recommended for automation and segmentation, but ask whether it is still a good choice.
